The Sentimental Sing-Along Collection includes familiar melodies that have been sung by generations of Americans. There are 20 volumes and more than 235 songs that make up the collection. Each video follows a specific theme. Among the most popular themes in the series are love songs, patriotic music and songs about travel.

The videos include a variety of performers called the Sentimental Entertainers. Led by Peg Delaney, the group includes more than 40 musicians, often dressed in costume and accompanied by instruments including piano, guitar, banjo, and flute.
